Our management approach is characterised by an emphasis on the close interaction of shore and seafaring personnel. The extensive seafaring experience of the office management team allows a close connection with and understanding of operational staff. There are regular workshops and seminars for the crew which facilitates good communication between the ship management and vessel officers. We also run an office secondment program for seafarers.

We have implemented various risk management programs to prevent and respond to incidents and emergencies. A strong emphasis is also placed on leadership and management skills, with both in-house and external training to enhance teamwork and optimize ship performance.
