Sverre Prytz

Sverre Prytz joined BW on 1 July 2009, holding responsibilities for Strategy and Projects as well as the LNG business. Prytz holds a Bachelor of Science (ChE) degree from the University of Michigan, and Masters degrees from MIT (ChE) and the University of Chicago, GSB (Finance). In 1995, he joined McKinsey, spending seven years at the firm and leaving as an Associate Principal to join DuPont. At DuPont, Prytz held a number of business development and strategy positions in the US, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. These included heading the M&A, Business Development, and Strategy functions for DuPont Asia-Pacific, and leading the Advanced Fiber Systems business out of Hong Kong. Before he joined BW, Prytz was the head of the operating group at ADM Capital, an Asia-based distressed debt hedge fund managing $2 billion in assets, where he spearheaded their due diligence and portfolio company performance improvement efforts.
